Whats Included
Guest Book / Photo Album
The organiser of the event gets a Guest book which also doubles up as a photo album which includes a copy of all the pictures taken from the event with space at the side of each picture for the guests to leave a comment.
On-site attendant
We will be onsite in uniform for the duration of the hire to assist you and your guests whilst using the mirror.
Overlay Design
We'll pre design your overlay with the date / name / function so your guests remember exactly where they got the pciture from.

How much space does the Magic Mirror require?
We recommend a floor space of roughly 2m x 3m (6ft x 9ft). This allows enough room for the mirror itself, a VIP red carpet setup (if included), our prop table, and plenty of space for your guests to strike a pose.
Are there any venue access requirements?
Yes. Because the Magic Mirror is housed in a large, heavy protective flight case, we require ground-floor access or a suitable lift. Unfortunately, we cannot carry the mirror up narrow or winding staircases.
Does the Magic Mirror print photos instantly?
Yes! Unlike fully digital booths, our Magic Mirror comes with a professional dye-sublimation printer. It produces high-quality, dry-to-the-touch physical prints in seconds for your guests to take home as a keepsake.
Can the prints be personalised?
Absolutely. We can completely customise the print layout. Whether you want your names and wedding date, a corporate logo, or a design that matches your event's theme, we will design a beautiful template for you.
How many people can fit in the picture?
Because the Magic Mirror is an "open-air" setup with no walls or curtains, you can easily fit large groups of 8 to 12 people into a single photo—perfect for getting the whole family or office team together.
Are props included?
Yes, all of our Magic Mirror packages come with a huge selection of fun, high-quality props including hats, glasses, and custom word boards to make your photos pop.
What do you need from the venue?
We require a single standard 13A plug socket within 5 metres of the setup location, and a completely flat, level floor.
Is an attendant included?
Yes, a friendly and smartly dressed attendant will stay with the mirror for the entire duration of your hire. They will help manage the props, encourage guests to use the interactive features, and ensure the printer runs perfectly.
Do we get digital copies of all the photos?
Yes! In addition to the physical prints handed out on the night, we will provide you with a secure online gallery link after the event so you can view, download, and share all the high-resolution digital copies.
