We typically require a 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft) footprint to safely accommodate the guest platform, the rotating camera arm, and a safety clearance zone.
What do you need the venue to provide?
We require a standard 13A plug socket within 5 metres, a completely flat and level surface.
How do guests actually receive their videos?
Videos are processed instantly and can be sent directly to guests via AirDrop, SMS, email, or by scanning a QR code at our separate sharing station.
Is an attendant included in the hire?
Yes. Because of the moving camera arm, safety is our top priority. A trained attendant always stays with the booth to operate the equipment, manage the queue, and ensure guest safety.
How many people can stand on the platform at once?
Our platform can safely accommodate 3 adults at once, allowing for great group shots while keeping everyone completely safe.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup takes roughly 30–45 minutes, but we arrive an hour prior to your booked start time to ensure everything is fully tested and ready before the hire begins.
What is the difference between a 360 booth and a Selfie Pod?
A Selfie Pod captures digital still photos and GIFs while guests stand in front of it. The 360 booth captures dynamic, slow-motion video while a camera physically circles guests on an elevated platform.
Can the videos be customised with our event branding / theme?
Yes! We can apply custom digital overlays, corporate logos, text, and specific backing tracks so the final video perfectly matches your event's theme or brand identity.
Can the 360 booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, but outdoor setups require a completely flat, hard surface (no grass or uneven gravel) and must be situated under a gazebo or shelter to protect the electronics from rain and direct sunlight.
Is the 360 booth safe for children?
Absolutely! Children are welcome to use it, provided they are supervised by an adult and all guests stay entirely clear of the safety zone while the camera arm is in motion.
